A non-refundable deposit is required to book, which goes toward the cost of your service. I request 48 hours of notice for any changes to your appointment. Missed appointments and late cancellations will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Please make an effort to reschedule or notify me as soon as you know you are not able to make your appointment. If you are feeling unwell, please reach out to reschedule within 48 hours or give as much notice as possible. If you arrive to your appointment and are showing any symptoms of illness, your appointment will be canceled and I will have to ask you to reschedule. Your deposit will be forfeited if this is the case. Appointments can be moved a total of 2 times as long as the appointment is more than 48 hours away. A 3rd change cannot be accommodated, and a brand new appointment will need to be made on the website. Please arrive alone to your appointment as space is limited. Please be on time to your appointment, but no more than 5 minutes early, as I may be just getting to the salon or taking a much needed break. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be canceled. If canceled, the cancellation feel will apply. If I decide I can still take you and it is more than 15 minutes past your appointment, a $20 service fee will apply. New Clients: I only do fills over my own work. If you have any product on your nails such as acrylic, dip powder or gel nails by another salon, you must also book an “Enhancement Removal” with your service. If you arrive with product on your nails without selecting this, I will have to reschedule you for another day. This is because I will either have to push a client later, or stay later myself, and I respect my clients and myself too much to allow that. Thank you for understanding! Currently, all returning Gel-X clients must book a “Gel-X Removal” in addition to the Gel-X service as I do not fill this product. All enhancement services come with a dry manicure and one gel polish color. If you desire nail art, please be sure to book that service as an add-on to ensure I have enough time to complete your service. Just know that if it is not added onto your appointment, I will assume you only want color and my app will only book enough time for that. I do take my time with my services, and I want to perform your service properly. If you have plans after your appointment, please make sure they do not conflict with the amount of time that your service is booked for. If at any time you need to leave before I have completed your service, you are still required to pay for the full amount of the service. Please plan your day accordingly. I will do my absolute best on my end to make sure none of the above issues occur. Once you book with me, I will reach out to make sure you have booked correctly before confirming your appointment so we are on the same page.
